Problems in. Working systems out.
kusi.studio exists because businesses lose real money to problems software solves. A restaurant paying for orders to be walked across a room. A landlord chasing rent from memory. A trader restocking on gut feel while stock expires on the shelf. These are expensive problems with known solutions — someone just has to build them properly. That’s the job we took.
We don’t sell developers or hours. We take ownership of a business problem and hand back a working system — diagnosed, designed, built, and run.
Founder-led. Senior, small, and growing.
We’re a founder-led studio: a small senior team with design, engineering, and motion/3D under one roof. We’re technical creatives — the same studio that engineers your system can make it look and communicate like a product.
The accountability doesn’t get diluted as we grow: the founder stays on every engagement from diagnosis to handover, and you always have direct access to the people building — no account-manager wall. The team is growing; if that sounds like a bench you belong on, say hello.

Kusi
Founder — design & engineering
Technical creative: software, motion graphics, and 3D. On every project from diagnosis to handover.
“I started building software because I kept watching businesses bleed money to problems I knew how to fix. The studio is that habit, scaled and I still answer for every result personally.”
We take our own medicine.
OnC and KijaniCart Analytics are products this studio builds and runs with its own money on the line — proof the studio ships, not just bills. IoT and applied AI are being proven the same way: on our own products first.
Have a problem worth solving?
Every project starts with a free 30-minute diagnosis call. We find the expensive problem before anyone writes a line of code.
