How long does a project take?
Launch-tier websites ship in 1–2 weeks, Build-tier systems in 3–8 weeks, full Product builds in 8–16 weeks. You get the exact timeline in writing with the proposal, and weekly demos so you always know where the build stands.
Who actually works on my project?
A senior-led team. The founder stays on every engagement from diagnosis to handover, you'll always know exactly who's building and have direct access to them.
What do you need from me to start?
Thirty minutes on a call and honesty about the problem. After the diagnosis call: whatever exists, spreadsheets, current tools, examples you like. You don't need a spec; producing one is our job.
Do you work outside Tanzania?
Yes. International projects run in USD, communication over email and booked calls, and everything else works the same fixed price in writing, weekly demos.
What happens after launch?
Every tier includes a fix window (30–60 days). After that, the Care retainer covers hosting, monitoring, backups, priority fixes, and monthly iteration hours, so the system keeps improving instead of quietly rotting.
Why fixed price?
Because surprise invoices poison trust. We scope carefully, put a number in writing before we start, and carry the risk of our own estimates. If the scope genuinely changes, we re-scope in writing, you decide before anything is billed.
Can you take over an existing system?
Often, yes. It starts with an audit so we know what we're inheriting. If it's salvageable we take it under a Care retainer; if it isn't, we'll say so plainly and propose the smallest rebuild that works.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes available on request, before you tell us anything sensitive.
What if my budget is below the Launch tier?
Tell us what it is, the wizard has a budget field for exactly this. Sometimes there's a smaller first step that fits; sometimes the honest answer is "not yet, and here's what to do in the meantime." Either way you'll know after one free call.
